For anything at all — bugs, questions, feedback, account help:
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.
Yes. Tide version 1.0 is completely free — no ads, no subscription, no locked features. Anything free at launch stays free.
No. We never sell your data and there is no advertising in Tide. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
You can delete your account and all data at any time. See Deleting your account for step-by-step instructions.
If you signed up with email and password, change your password from inside Tide right away — it takes effect immediately. If you signed in with Google or Apple, the security of your Tide account follows the security of those accounts, so the upstream account is where to start:
Then email support@zenkolabs.com and let us know what happened. We can invalidate any active sessions on our side, delete your account on your behalf if you'd like, and look into whether other users are affected.
If the email or password on your account has been changed without your permission — or you've lost access to the Google or Apple account you originally signed up with — email support@zenkolabs.com with the email address you used when you created the account. We'll verify your identity another way and help you regain access, or close the account on your behalf if you'd prefer.
One important note for Google or Apple sign-in users: you'll also need to recover the underlying Google or Apple account before anything we do on our side will hold. Whoever controls that account can sign back into Tide.
No. Tide is a wellness and self-knowledge tool, not a medical service, and not a method of contraception. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Please tell us — feedback genuinely shapes what we build next. Email the address above with as much detail as you can (what happened, your device, and what you expected).
Self-serve export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, email support@zenkolabs.com and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
See the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Medical Disclaimer.
