Yes. Tide version 1.0 is completely free — no ads, no subscription, no locked features. Anything free at launch stays free.

Does Tide sell my data?

How do I delete my account?

Is Tide medical advice?

No. Tide is a wellness and self-knowledge tool, not a medical service, and not a method of contraception. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

How do I export my data?

Self-serve export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, email tide@zenkolabs.com and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
